Pacifis Tango Retreats and Events

2007 Alexander Zabara

Pacifis was established to bring new opportunities to dancers of Argentine tango in Australia and New Zealand, through tango retreats and other tango events.

Through our Sense the Tango residential tango retreats, we will focus on presenting events that give dancers the scope to take their dancing to another level.

We will be working with tango clubs, tango teachers, musicians, and other organisations, to promote cooperation within the Australian and New Zealand tango communities.

What students say

"Sarah's technique is an entirely new and enriching introduction to dancing.  The concept of leading and following movements suggested by music and rhythm, as opposed to memorisation of a rigid sequence of steps, provides freedom for improvisation and room for interpretation at all skill levels.  Classes are taught in a relaxed atmosphere by experienced instructors conveying the enthusiasm and joy of dancing tango."
