The upcoming series of Sense the Tango Argentine Tango retreats, in the first half of 2008, will be conducted at Gunnebah Retreat Centre in the beautiful Tweed Valley in northern New South Wales.

Travelling by car
Murwillumbah is readily accessible by road from south-east Queensland and central and northern NSW.  You will find a locality map here.   

Gunnebah itself is less than 15 km from Murwillumbah, travelling along Queensland, Numinbah and Nobby's Creek Roads.  More information will be provided with your joining pack.

Domestic air travel
Direct flights are available between Gold Coast Airport and Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Newcastle.  Virgin Blue and Jetstar service all of these routes, with Qantas also flying from Sydney, and Tiger Air flying from Melbourne. 

International air travel
There are several direct services between New Zealand cities and Gold Coast Airport.  Freedom Air provides flights from Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch (their Dunedin service operates through Brisbane).  Pacific Blue offers services from Auckland and Christchurch, while Jetstar services Christchurch.  Air Asia X flies from Kuala Lumpur.  You can obtain official Australian Government information about visitor visas here.

Shuttle bus
We will arrange for people arriving at the Gold Coast Airport to be transported to Gunnebah, on our Sense the Tango retreat shuttle.  Gunnebah is about 45 km from the airport.  Further information will be provided in your joining pack.

Public transport
Queensland's Translink train and bus services will get you to Coolangatta (and Gold Coast Airport) via Robina, from anywhere on Brisbane's public transport network.  At Gold Coast Airport, you can join other participants who have arrived by air to travel down to the workshop site on the Sense the Tango retreat shuttle.
